HVLP Spraying

We use the latest HVLP & XVLP technology to ensure we achieve as close to a factory finish as possible and can cater to water-based and solvent spraying. We not only spray but also repair dents, nicks, cracks & scratches to return the surface to look brand new.

What is HVLP spraying?

HVLP stands for high-volume, low-pressure. This system achieves a lightweight air turbine rather than a large air compressor to atomise the paint. This system supplies the air at much lower pressure and speed. The result is that overspray is minimal and material waste is vastly reduced. This also results in a much cleaner spray environment and increases efficiency transfer.

Our fully qualified spray teams operate nationwide and offer on-site paint spraying to both the commercial sector and residential. We mainly provide on-site paint spraying to businesses undergoing refurbishment or re-branding and can work out of hours to suit the client’s needs.
