Our teams work on commercial and industrial buildings of every kind, from warehouses and distribution centres to factories, schools, retail units and listed properties.
If you’re an experienced industrial painter, roof coating specialist, cladding installer, resin flooring installer or multi-skilled operative, you could potentially join us.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from self-employed operatives with experience in:
- Industrial painting and protective coatings.
- Liquid roof coating systems and industrial roof refurbishment.
- Cladding installation, cladding repair and refurbishment.
- Cladding spraying and façade restoration.
- Cut edge corrosion treatment.
- Gutter lining systems.
- Rooflight installation and replacement.
- PMMA waterproofing systems.
- Resin flooring installation.
- Industrial cleaning, pressure washing, and surface preparation.
- Abrasive blasting and grit blasting.
- Site supervision and general site operations.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications help us match you to the right projects quickly. These include CSCS, IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, asbestos awareness and other industry-recognised certifications.

The work you will be doing
Our projects cover the full range of industrial roofing, cladding, and coating work. Depending on your trade, your work can include cladding spraying and façade restoration, liquid roof coating systems, commercial roof repairs, gutter lining, rooflight and skylight installation, intumescent coating and passive fire protection, resin flooring, and PMMA waterproofing.
Surface preparation runs through all of it, from commercial pressure washing to grit blasting and abrasive blasting ahead of any coating.
