Sainsbury’s Canopy Structure Restoration

The project was undertaken outside of regular working hours due to the confined space and to minimise disruption to the customer flow systems. During the works, the canopy was thoroughly cleaned using the hot wash and pressure washing techniques before receiving a complete grind down and rust treatment system.

During the works, the canopy was thoroughly cleaned using a rotary hot wash pressure washing system before receiving a complete grind down and rust treatment. It was followed by an epoxy primer and two coats of a two-pack high-performance flexible paint system. The system we used was TOR coatings, which we are fully approved by to applicate their product.

The works were completed within the agreed time scales; furthermore, no disruption was caused to any customers or staff during the works.

We worked in line with our health and safety procedures, carried out the work, and our quality management system was in place to deliver a full report on completion.

Our specialist, on-site paint spraying technicians are fully trained to work at height to carry out work to the highest standard. We have vast experience in this field and, as such, have the knowledge required to complete any job quickly.

Our focus is on delivering excellent customer service and quality results for every customer we contact. We take pride in our work and believe all customers should leave happy with their finished project.

We thank Sainsbury’s for choosing our company to work on their canopy restoration project. We are delighted with the results and hope they will continue enjoying them for many years.
