ACS repaired and re-sprayed numerous DFS stores across the UK. With most stores being live, we had no problem working out of hours to ensure public safety.

Most metalwork was Kingspan micro ribbed panelling; we had to fill and repair dents to fit the panel’s groove. This required numerous fills with different fillers to get the finish we were looking for. To help judge the levelling of the filler, we used body filler powder to see raised and too low areas.

We made sure all repairs were even. We then used primer filler to stop mapping from occurring once the topcoat had been applied. A marine-grade primer and coat were used to guarantee the warranty we had issued.

All our operatives are IPAF & PASMA certified, so we manage to complete all work at a height quickly and safely.
