Parker Hannifin

Parker Hannifin built a facility in West Sussex, UK, called “Little Hampton.” Over time, the building began experiencing problems with corrosion and dilapidation.

Our team worked closely with Parker Hannifin to create a solution for this problem. With our expertise in coatings for industrial buildings such as this one, we developed a custom-formulated coating system explicitly designed to combat the issues that Little Hampton was experiencing by addressing the corrosion, improving aesthetics, and adding a protective layer to prevent further damage.

cut edge corrosion treatment

The dilapidation survey picked up this issue before giving the building back. ACS treated all cut-edge corrosion thoroughly and applied Rustoleum NOXYDE to the roof and cladding to correct DFT points. We were able to achieve a 20-year warranty because of this work.

The installation of the new coatings has given our building a fresh look. We are delighted with the results and have received a 20-year guarantee to suit. It was an excellent service from all staff involved.
